This slasher sequel picks up where “Scream 5” left off. Sisters Samantha (Melissa Barrera) and Tara (Jenna Ortega), along with their friends Chad and Mindy, have moved to New York City.
But they become targeted again by a new Ghostface killer. Courteney Cox returns as Gale Weathers and Hayden Panettiere as Kirby from “Scream 4”. It’s the first “Scream” without Neve Campbell as Sidney Prescott.
In this sci-fi thriller, Adam Driver plays an astronaut who crash lands on a planet that turns out to be Earth 65 million years ago during the Cretaceous period.
There is only one other survivor, a young girl played by Ariana Greenblatt (young Gamora in “Avengers: Infinity War”). They have to survive dinosaurs and other prehistoric beasts while figuring out how to return home.
3. “Champions“ (PG-13) Trailer
Woody Harrelson plays a temperamental minor league basketball coach who gets arrested and has to coach a team of players with intellectual disabilities as community service. They end up trying to compete for a spot in the special Olympics.
This comedy is the solo directorial debut of Bobby Farrelly of the Farrelly Brothers. It also stars Ernie Hudson (“Ghostbusters”), Cheech Marin, and Kaitlin Olson (“It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia”).
