KISS FM is proud to support the needs of local pets – especially those seeking a new home. That’s why 98.9 Kiss FM have teamed up with Central Oklahoma Humane Society and Hudiburg Subaru Luv2Live Campaign to bring you closer to your new best friend. Each week KISS FM will feature different adoptable pets available through Central Oklahoma Humane Society and we strongly encourage all potential pet owners to participate.
Last week’s pets were Ron and Barry. I’m happy to report that Barry has been adopted, but Ron is still looking for a loving home!
This week’s pets are Wilson and Mercy Jo!
We have been saying, “Willllsooooon” in our office all day today in preparation for this little guy. This sweetie is a 2-year-old black and brown Long Haired Dachshund mix. He may be small, but he sure is mighty! This little ball of energy loves to play and run around. He’s looking for a home just in time for Christmas!
Mercy Jo is a 4-year-old black and white Domestic Shorthair mix. She’s super soft and has a sweet personality to match it. She’s on the calmer side and enjoys long, luxurious cat naps. Best of all, her adoption fee is waived thanks to the Petco Foundation!

The Central Oklahoma Humane Society was founded in 2007. We work in close partnership with the Oklahoma City Animal Welfare Division (OKC Animal Shelter) and our primary focus is to eliminate the needless euthanasia of healthy, adoptable animals in Oklahoma City.
