KISS FM is proud to support the needs of local pets – especially those seeking a new home. That’s why 98.9 Kiss FM have teamed up with Central Oklahoma Humane Society and Hudiburg Subaru Luv2Live Campaign to bring you closer to your new best friend. Each week KISS FM will feature different adoptable pets available through Central Oklahoma Humane Society  and we strongly encourage all potential pet owners to participate.

Last week’s pets were Equinox and Love. Equinox was adopted but Love is still looking for a home, so we need to show Love some love!

This week’s pets are Peanut and Simba.

Simba is 4 years old and a domestic medium-hair mix with the brightest and prettiest orange coat. He is a big-time cuddler and love to have your full attention. He is actually FIV positive. FIV is something he probably picked up in his past but the good news is that he will likely live a long, happy life.

Peanut is a gentleman through and through. He’s a one year old terrier mix that is good with other dogs and kids, and he is totally silent in a crate. He might get excited when other dogs or people come over, but he settles down and will probably try to get up in your lap.

The Central Oklahoma Humane Society was founded in 2007. We work in close partnership with the Oklahoma City Animal Welfare Division (OKC Animal Shelter) and our primary focus is to eliminate the needless euthanasia of healthy, adoptable animals in Oklahoma City.
